This Privacy Policy explains how ARION DENIS LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit denislimited.com or engage our services. We are committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

ARION DENIS LIMITED is a private limited company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16830032), with its registered office at 96 Euston Road, London, England, NW1 2DB. For the purposes of data-protection law, we are the data controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at support@denislimited.com.

2. Data we collect

We do not knowingly collect data from children and our services are intended for businesses and adults.

3. How and why we use it

We rely on the following lawful bases under Article 6 UK GDPR: consent (where you contact us voluntarily), contract (to deliver services you engage us for), legitimate interests (to run and secure our business, where not overridden by your rights), and legal obligation (for tax and compliance).

5. Sharing & service providers

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (for example hosting, email and infrastructure providers), each bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, including to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Enquiry data is typically retained for up to 24 months; contractual and financial records are retained for at least 6 years as required by UK law.

7. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure an adequate level of protection through UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights

Subject to conditions, you have the right to: access your data; request rectification or erasure; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email support@denislimited.com. We will respond within one month.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and regular review — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.

10. Contact & complaints

Questions about this policy or our data practices should be sent to support@denislimited.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
