The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal, statement of work or contract ("Engagement Agreement"), which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of conflict regarding that engagement.

Each party will keep the other's confidential information secure and use it only for the purposes of the engagement, both during and after the relationship.
6. Warranties & disclaimers

7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim.
