Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for professional services supplied by ARION DENIS LIMITED (Company No. 16830032). It applies alongside the relevant Engagement Agreement and our Terms of Service.
1. Nature of our services
We supply bespoke information-technology consultancy and development services. Because work is performed to order and tailored to each client, fees generally reflect time and effort already expended.
2. Cancellation by the client
- You may cancel an engagement at any time by written notice to support@denislimited.com.
- You remain responsible for fees for work completed and for any non-cancellable third-party costs committed up to the cancellation date.
- Any prepaid amounts exceeding work performed and committed costs will be refunded.
3. Deposits & milestones
Deposits secure our availability and cover initial work; they are non-refundable once work has begun, except to the extent they exceed work performed. Milestone payments are due on acceptance of each milestone as defined in the Engagement Agreement.
4. Refunds
Where a refund is due under this policy, it will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of agreement. We do not charge fees for processing a valid refund.
5. Faulty or non-conforming work
If deliverables do not conform to the agreed specification, we will remedy the issue at no additional cost within a reasonable period. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
6. Cancellation by us
We may cancel an engagement for material breach (including non-payment) or where continued performance is unlawful or impractical. In such cases we will invoice only for work properly performed.
